Pre-Order Pick Up? - Guild Wars Forums

Ok, i found out about this game from one of my friends and...wow all i can say is this is the game i've been waiting for. I can't wait to play this game and i want to get to the point, if i pre-ordered the game from a store, can i pick it up on the 26th, and start playing at 12:01AM the 27th? or whats going on cause i'm very confused with all this stuff and its hard for me to find the answer in all these posts, so i figured i'd ask. Thank you.
